Montreal Professional Organizer

Here's how I can help

Declutter, Downsize, Organize

My friendly and ecological approach to professional organizing will help you start or return to loving your home. I'll help you know where everything is so you can be your happiest and most productive self. No more spending time searching for misplaced car keys. No more buying another umbrella or pair of scissors because yours are nowhere to be found. Together, we'll create a comfortable, efficient living and working space for you.

Quilters, artists, crafters, jewelry makers, painters, weavers, and knitters, I know your wonderful supplies can get out of hand. I'll help you organize your materials so you can focus on the joy of creating.

I can help you with the whole house or just one area:

  • art studios
  • attics
  • basements
  • bathrooms
  • bedrooms
  • bookshelves and libraries
  • closets
  • craft rooms
  • dining rooms
  • entryways and mudrooms
  • family rooms and dens
  • garages and storage sheds
  • home offices
  • junk drawers
  • kitchens and pantries
  • laundry rooms
  • living rooms
  • music collections
  • paper management/filing systems
  • playrooms
  • recording studios
  • storage units

Moving

An unencumbered home sells more quickly than a cluttered one. I can help you prepare a home for sale by decluttering it, so it looks more appealing to a potential buyer.

Together, we'll sort through your belongings to make this task less daunting. I'll help plan the steps for the move, arrange for a mover, and make sure your phone, cable, and internet come with you so you have less to worry about. My network of contacts for repairs or renovations limits the stress of moving—you can celebrate moving into your new home while I take care of the rest. I'll ensure a final clearing out and professional cleaning of your old home.

After you move, I'll help you unpack boxes, organize your new space, and settle in comfortably and efficiently. With an eye for design, I can help you hang your pictures and position your decorative objects so your new place feels like home.

Working with Seniors

I understand the emotional impact of moving from your home of many years. Sorting through decades of memories and belongings can be time-consuming and overwhelming. My tremendous patience and enjoyment of working with seniors allows me to help make this move a positive experience.

If desired, I can keep the family informed every step of the way and can send photos of dishes, paintings, sculptures, jewelry, and other personal objects to family members living out of town so they can put dibs on the pieces they want. I'll then pack boxes for each person to ensure the objects find their best homes. I know to look out for other potential issues such as difficulty keeping track of important medication. I'll happily prepare lunch and tea for my client, if appropriate.
